• Under close direction of Director – Digital Banking Technology Channels & Platform Department, the Manager will oversee the management, maintainance, performance, optimization, security of all digital banking applications and systems, including mobile banking, internet banking, USSD, application servers, containerization platforms and related applications. The role involves ensuring the seamless operation of digital banking systems, enhancing user experience, and aligning technological capabilities with the strategic goals of the bank. The manager will lead a team Responsible for digital Banking service administration, security and compliance.

Requirements: 

• M.Sc /B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or related fields, 8/9 years of Experience application administration or MIS Environment; 3/4 of which on supervisory positions; preferably in the banking/financial sector.
